Hi everyone! While we were aiming to release more posts for the end of May, we decided to wait until now to showcase Taylor's final ensemble that she wore this past weekend, which included beautiful Dress #3!
Sue, Taylor, and their family spent the last five days in Las Vegas to celebrate their niece/cousin Cory's wedding! When they got the invitation a few months ago, Taylor knew that no ordinary dress was going to cut it, and literally hunted through every solitary store of nearby Oakbrook Center. Maddy suggested they visit Express to see if a certain item was in stock, and on a mannequin by the front door, there "IT" was!
"IT" is a black maxi dress with a pink, white, and green floral print scattered throughout; a plunging neckline; cut-outs on each side; and a tie back. Safe to say, this is probably the most risque thing Taylor ever wore. But it was elegant, sexy, colorful, and overall PERFECT, and it received many compliments during the event.
Taylor decided to keep the accessories to a minimum in order for the dress to stand out on its own. She paired the dress with a pair of Swarovski hoop earrings and a black Coach wristlet. Because the dress is floor-length and Taylor is indifferent on heels, she was able to get away with wearing black and grey Tory Burch flip flops. The dress was hemmed ahead of time, making it very easy to move and COMFORTABLE to wear.
UPDATES:
1. We finished the re-vamp of our website early last week! We were definitely feeling the need for POP and COLOR, and we believe the new design reflects just that! The website also offers more content in terms of photos, organized areas to access our most popular and individual blog posts, as well as links to the stores and designers featured in our posts. We always aim to improve, so suggestions are definitely welcome.
2. After the festivities this weekend, we decided we are going to dedicate the month of June to strictly WEDDINGS. Within the Weddings tab, you'll have access to our picks for best engagement and shower gifts, tips on how to plan your special day, and more. We hope you enjoy the content to come!
