Hello everyone! We are very excited to FINALLY showcase our indoor décor for
the holiday season, just in time for Christmas (which is now just five days
away)!
Per usual, Sue picked a different theme for every room so
each could stand out on its own. A cozy, rustic, black-and-red design was
selected for the family room, complete with plaid pillows (that Sue made
herself!), roses, and cabin-inspired knick-knacks. Green, brown, bronze, and
silver were used through a mini tree, a burlap runner, numerous yarn balls, and candles in the
foyer to give it a natural feel. And a simple white-and-metallic theme was chosen
for the main living room, complete with our stunning shiny Christmas tree.
We apologize for going MIA the last few
weeks, but between prepping for the holidays, Christmas shopping, going to
family gatherings, and helping Maddy study for finals, our schedules have been
crazy! This next weekend is going to be a busy one as well—we have family
flying in and we’re hosting a party tomorrow; Taylor and Maddy are attending a
housewarming party Saturday; several festivities are planned for Christmas Eve;
and last, but not least, a big celebration on Christmas Day. We hope everyone
has had a wonderful holiday season so far and look forward to what the New Year
will bring!
